March 25th, the Pamlico Amateur Radio Society made some upgrades to their repeater. The analog FM settings of your radios should be as follows for compatibility:
Repeater output: 147.210 MHz
Repeater input: 147.810 MHz
Repeater offset: +0.60
Encode PL: 88.5 Hz
Decode PL: 88.5 Hz
It is important that your analog FM radio be setup with Decode PL 88.5 Hz. Without it, you will hear DMR users’ buzzsaw-like signals, which can be annoying and unpleasant.
